What We Want in an RV

  • must have a slide out
  • no kitchen in a slide out
  • battery space—room for one or multiple batteries?
  • can computers be run on batteries for boondocking?
  • bunkhouse in trailer
  • a space for mike’s desk
  • 30ft or less in length
  • what are these airbeds? does the rv come with a compressor?

For the Accountant

  • domicile—keep house in order to have business?
  • interest on rv —can claim on taxes as a second home mortgage?
  • claim travel costs as business expenses?
  • designated “spot” to claim for office space, a %age of electricity/gas/water expenses?
  • hiring an accountant to handle receivables?
  • what else do we need to think about?
  • work done in other states…state income taxes?  if house kept, can this be simplified and handled as done in the past?
  • Crissa an employee of BI—can health insurance be handled differently? Would this be a benefit to us?
